http://proteomescout.wustl.edu is a database of proteins and post-translational modifications (PTMs). It integrates many different data-sources together to create an easy-to-understand representation of various protien sequence features (PTMs, PFAM domains, mutations, activation loops, secondary structure, topology) in an interactive and dynamic web application, making it an ideal tool for exploring sequence-to-function relationships in folded and disordered proteins alike.
